On January 17 David Laws participated as a Silicon Valley historian in a BBC World Service Forum broadcast “The Silicon Chip.” He served on a panel discussion together with “distinguished computer and internet pioneers who helped spearhead some of the most important inventions of the computer age.” He spoke from the studios of KAZU, the Monterey Bay-area affiliate of NPR.
