"Let There Be Light" – by Janet and Stu Wilson

JanetWilsonJanet and Stu Wilson’s article and photos were featured in a five-page spread in the March issue of Trailer Life magazine. More than a dozen photographs, including a full-page and a couple of half-page images accompany their piece titled “Let There Be Light,” chronicling their travels visiting 11 historic Puget Sound lighthouses.
StuWilsonThey spent a week serving as keepers at New Dungeness Light Station at the end of a five-mile sandpit near Sequim, where they are members of the volunteer organization responsible for the station’s upkeep. Then, they hauled their 24-foot travel trailer around and across Puget Sound visiting lighthouses on the Olympic and Kitsap peninsulas, San Juan, Whidbey and Vashon islands and on the mainland, north and south of Seattle.
“It’s great when we can combine one of our favorite pastimes with our writing and photography. It seems even less like work than usual,” they said.
