Sneak Peek: September Meeting

Just to give you a heads up for planning purposes, our September meeting—in Tuolumne County, “The Bay Area’s Front Door to Yosemite”—consists of a two-night stay (with an opportunity for a third night). Since it’s a meeting rather than a press trip, all members are invited to the meeting.

There will be a cap on the number of members who can enjoy overnight accommodations, but room blocks have not been confirmed. At this point, ten hotels are partnering for the event, so there will probably be a reasonably generous room count and possible media rates once the room block is full.

Below is the tentative activity lineup. This sneak peek was given to us by Tuolumne County Visitors Bureau as a courtesy. Please do not contact any of the venues below, or TCVB, to make arrangements of your own.

BATW Co-President Suzie Rodriguez and Associate Member Susan Wilson are coordinating this event. We’ll be sending more information down the road including all necessary location addresses, since this is a drive-to location approximately 140 miles from San Francisco.
