BATW’S HOLIDAY CELEBRATION – DEC. 8, 2015
Mammoth Lakes Tourism is excited to host the Bay Area Travel Writers’ 2015 Holiday Party. The event will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 8, from 4-7 p.m. at the Sea Lion Center at Pier 39. The Sea Lion Center is operated and managed by the Aquarium of the Bay, San Francisco.
Mammoth Lakes Tourism and its partner, Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, will provide a brief presentation on the exciting 2015/16-winter season ahead of us, which officially kicked off on Nov. 5 with the opening of Mammoth Mountain.
Heavy hors d’oeuvres catered by Simco Restaurants will be available, and each attendee will receive two drink tickets. A no-host bar will be available once drink tickets are used. You will also have a chance to win a flight from SFO to Mammoth Lakes, as well as other fun swag, during the evening’s raffle.
Please note that the Sea Lion Center is not in the central part of the Aquarium. It is at the far end of Pier 39, upstairs. The location overlooks the area where the sea lions gather, and has a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Bring a warm coat in case you want to head outside to enjoy the sunset.
