Lunch and a historical tram tour of Angel Island are on the calendar for Sunday, April 3, courtesy BATW corporate member, Brittany Haning. Our ride to Angel Island is compliments of the legendary longtime family-run Angel Island Tiburon Ferry company and our cruise will be piloted by the equally legendary Captain Maggie McDonough, our newest corporate member. We will leave the Tiburon Ferry Terminal at 11 a.m. sharp. We return from the island on a boat that departs at 3:20 p.m.
But wait, there is more. Captain Maggie is working with the Town of Tiburon to set us up with a tasting when we get back to Tiburon at a location to be determined. We will have the chance to sample food and drink from one or more of Tiburon’s best restaurants.
