Susie Norris is a cookbook author and culinary travel blogger. Her two books are Chocolate Bliss (Random House/Celestial Arts, 2008) and Hand-Crafted Candy Bars (Chronicle Books, 2013.) Her blog, Food Market Gypsy, won the IACP’s Digital Media Award in 2016. She taught baking at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, and has served as a television executive supervising writing and production for Disney/ABC, CBS, NBC and other networks.
