Elaine Lee has just published a piece in CuisineNoir.com the leading food, wine and travel lifestyle magazine for the African Diaspora. Her story is entitled: “From California to The Gambia: Couple Opens the Country’s First Vegan Eatery.” Elaine says she discovered the eatery on a recent trip to Gambia.
