Inga Aksamit has published her 3rd book. “The Hungry Spork Trail Recipes: Quick Gourmet Meals for the Backcountry” is now available in print and e-book on Amazon. It contains over 50 recipes Inga created using freeze-dried or dehydrated ingredients and all were trail tested by a fleet of backpackers. She says she’s particularly proud of the inclusion of recipes from every major cuisine in the world.
