May Meeting – San Francisco Icons: May 19, 2012

BATW May Meeting
May 19 – 10 a.m.
Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf/Red & White Fleet

Come celebrate the upcoming 75th Anniversary of the Golden Gate Bridge by attending our May 19th meeting. The event will be held at the Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf (from 10 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.), where we’ll be treated to a panel of special guest speakers on the topic of the GG Bridge, with light refreshments served. Afterward, we’ll head over to board a Red & White Fleet cruise (departing promptly at 12:30 p.m.) for a complimentary cruise on the bay. The ship will return to dock at 2 p.m.

Breaking news: Noah Griffin will perform the official Golden Gate Bridge ballad as the Red & White boat makes its way under the bridge–a terrific photo and audio opportunity!

Parking is nearby at the Anchorage at a rate of $15 for the day.

This is a great opportunity to enjoy the amenities of the Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf, as well as the Red & White Fleet’s new “Bridge 2 Bridge Cruise.” These two S.F. iconic businesses have also partnered to promote a special offer titled the “Golden Gate Bridge Anniversary Package.”

Many thanks to Associate Member Molly Blaisdell, who organized the event!
