Audrey T. Williams is a published author, poet, and freelance journalist who holds an MFA in Creative Writing from California College of the Arts. She has over 15 years of strategic content strategy and medical communications experience with top accounts in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, having created content for major global marketing agencies including Omnicom Health and McCann Worldgroup.

Audrey covers travel and cultural stories along the coast of California and Hawaii and is available for destination coverage assignments. Her focus is on luxe coastal travel & lifestyle—food/drink/play, wellness/spas, lodging—as well as local art and artisans, from live music festivals to literary salons and writing retreats.

She is Co-Chair of the 2026 World Fantasy Convention to be held in Oakland and founder of Ancestral Futures: Liberation Literary Arts. Audrey regularly hosts panel discussions related to speculative fiction and Afrofuturism, interviews authors for the San Francisco Public Library, and facilitates corporate wellness & creativity workshops.

When not writing or hosting literary readings at local bookstores, Audrey can be found foraging chanterelles, hunting sea glass and jade along Bay Area beaches and rivers, or searching for the best Indian buffet. She lives in the East Bay near Walnut Creek. Please connect on Instagram @audthentic_stories.
