New Member Profile: Reetta Kemppi

Reetta Kemppi is a Finnish freelancer journalist, who currently lives in San Francisco. As a travel writer she mostly contributes to Finnish travel media Tripsteri.fi that publishes books, online travel guides, podcasts and multilingual travel apps. Her latest works include a Finnish travel book about California and an online travel guide about San Francisco.
Before her family brought her to the Bay Area, Reetta worked for TV news at the Finnish Broadcasting Company and as a freelancer for several newspapers in Finland.
In addition to San Francisco, Reetta annually spends time in Southern Finland and in Northern Spain. California has won her heart with its beautiful nature and excellent wines, but she likes to explore urban cultural and culinary activities as well.
