“Happy New Year”

No matter how you say it, 2013 promises to be a happy new year for BATW. Respected longtime member Suzie Rodriguez is joining eight returning Board members to help guide our organization—and we are thrilled to have her. Thank you for your vote of confidence in last month’s elections.
Thank you, too, to Erin Caslavka, who has agreed to oversee our monthly programs again this year, as each Board member takes charge of a meeting. We kick off January with Tom Wilmer and Jules Older hosting “Radio Rocks,” a discussion on travel radio and podcasts.
BATW is growing, and so is its reputation as one of the country’s top organizations for travel writers and photography professionals. As your trustees, we take very seriously our role in maintaining BATW’s high standards. As always, we will be asking for your help in 2013 and looking forward to an exciting exchange of ideas and collaboration of talents.
