The town of Engelberg is appealing because of its distinct and rustic character. The Benedictine monastery was founded in 1120 and therefore celebrates its 900th anniversary. One of the top 10 ski regions in Switzerland, Engelberg is also known for its diverse ski and freeride area. The many exciting options available there would definitely offer an unforgettable mountain experience.
